A security deposit equal to 1/2 of the facility rental fee is due at the signing of the Rental Agreement. The remaining payment is due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Facility rental agreements made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event must be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving the signed Rental Agreement.
If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to event date, no monies will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 60 or more days prior to the event, fifty percent (50%) of rental amount is refunded and remaining rental amount and security deposit is forfeited.
