Leading Lady Ebonie Hardman was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has taken the lessons of the Proverbs 31 woman to heart. She is the epitome of a wife of noble character and conscientiousness. She is an author, speaker, devoted pastor’s wife, mother of four beautiful girls, registered nurse, and follower of God’s word. Lady Hardman brings a fresh and empowering message to women informed by her wisdom and experience as an accomplished and highly educated woman, pastor’s wife, and mother. God has called her to spread this message of encouragement to as many as possible.
Lady Hardman married Pastor Oshebar Hardman in 2004 after knowing him for only two months. She and Pastor Hardman are the proud parents of four beautiful girls: Olivia, Oceana, Olympia, and Opal. She believes that her God-given purpose is to support her husband and family and help push them all into their destinies ordained by God.
After a career in accounting and financial management for 10 years she followed her passion of helping people and changed careers to become a registered nurse in nursing Informatics. Lady Hardman began her nursing career in 2008. In 2012 she joined Emory University and currently serves as the Associate Director of Research Informatics at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
In addition to career and family, Lady Hardman commits to serving her community and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Alabama A&M University, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and an MSN in Nursing Informatics from Vanderbilt University.
Lady Hardman’s foundational scripture is Proverb’s 31:25-28: “Strength and honor are her clothing; She shall rejoice in time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom, And on her tongue is the law of kindness. She watches over the ways of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her.”
